Simple question really.

Some people seem to be able to use emoticons that I don't seem to have access to (from the UI that comes up when posting in rich text fromat). How do you get the extra emoticons to show up?

not entirely sure which ones you mean but maybe they find them online and just put the image into their post?

Yes those are the ones that I'm talking about.... so it seems to boil down to a case of linking from other sources.
