My avatar wasn't of a trade mark, nor was it indecent. I redownloaded it in setting "off the web". I notice sometimes avatars take a while longer to appear onloading a page, tho I waited for a while, then refreashed and nothing happened. I think it would be awesome if this site had a browse hdd facility like many other sites have, so we can choose an avatar from our ps3 hdds. Will my avatar be accepted or did it not appear beacause of loading problems?

This site has a Storage area for photos called the gallery which you upload to, you just select an avatar from that.
Hence why mines not a default item and not located on a seperate host.

Your gallery is empty or all set to private.

Have you selected one of your car images as your avatar? Reason I'm asking is that no Avatar is shewing under your username. Please note I'm using my ps3 browser when in this forum. That could be a reason why avs are not appearing, tho my avatar used to work. I will try and reset mine to non private if that be the case.

For some reason personal forum avatars have stopped working on the ps3 browser for while the default ones still work ok.

I cannot find a way to upload images. There is no browse option for my ps3 to look on its hdd for content, a common feature on other sites that works, even with my ps3, and pressing on image options is a dead letter. Nothing happens when I try to action it. I hope this is not another example of a Sony site or appendage not working properly with it's own hardware(like the emails that Sony send out every month that just go blank as soon as you try to open them for example, the only emails I receive from hundreds of people and companies that do this... figures). The thing is my avatar worked just fine right up until yesterday when I noticed it wasnt there anymore. So began the 4 hour mission trying to get the thing to work again.
