Hello Everyone,

I was supposed to have my Platinum trophy in the game WET on PS3

worked hard for days, and had only the last challenge mode (The Boneyard challange)

I finished and beated every single gold in both challenge and the story mode game

in spite of that, the trophy didn't popped up as a notice,

I didn't know why, I tried to check again and all was fine, but no trophies notification,

I tried another game just to see if I had problems with my PS3 but the other game worked out

I am so sad and frustrated...

it was as if I won in the casino a million dollar and the machine prove it, but the casino is not paying me my money

if anyone can help or know if these issues happens and what shall I do to fix it

I will be so happy

please answer me in both the forum and by sending me an e-mail

Have you tried syncing your trophies to see if you've received it without being told? I've had this once before, the game crashed when I should of received my trophy - I thought I lost it when I turned my PS3 back on to see I hadn't received it... but when I synced my trophies I had received it.

acctually I don't know and didn't try to synced my trophies, one thing is sure, when I was supposed to have the trophy by completing the mission, the trophy didn't popped up, so I was thinking why this should happen, if it never happened before, actually if you mean by syncing the trophies is when I go to my profile and click to see them, yes I did but nothing has changed...!!!

If nothing has changed that's quite unusual. There's 3 ways to sync trophies: go on your profile icon on the XMB, go to trophies on the XMB or have PlayStation Plus do it automatically on the automatic updates option, however that only applies to plus members and is no different from doing it manually.

I paid for call of duty modern warfare 3 collection 3 chaos  on the 16/09/12  

but the download did not start its says I have paid and received  it  put cant find it  can anyone help 

also can anyone give me a e mail address so i can report this   thank you
