Just imagine for a second that there is an Official EU Playstation community Internet radio station that offers:

Regular DJs/Presenters consisting off forum community leaders, members, MVPs, or even some invited guests
Regular news, games, music, talk shows, competitions
Special events shows
Live events broadcasting
Interviews with games producers and developers
Quizzes and prize draws live on the radio
Twitter and rss updates for oncoming shows
Dedicated subforums to discuss shows or communicate with live DJs
Eventually 24/7 live broadcasting (you can repeat recorded shows at the beginning)
Available on PC/Mac, PSP, (and maybe with some future update from PS3) ,Mobile device like mobile phone, and through podcast download if you missed something.

This potentially could be HUGE! Are you excited?

So what is needed? Not much really...

Some willingness and enthusiasm from the admin stuff
Some willingness and enthusiasm from the community
A server running shoutcast or other similar software
A laptop and some special software to connect to the server for live broadcasting
An expert or few who have done this before and knows how to build a successful internet radio station (BTW there are people with experience that are the very members of these forums)

Do I need to mention that MusterBuster could go down in history as THE community leader? Well ok that one was rather cheeky

Hmm there used to be a playstation podcast back in the day, cant remember who ran it though... Applied maybe?

Was pretty fun to listen too, did it over Skype so all's he had to do was get into contact with some members and discuss different games/.

Sounds interesting . . . IF  you can get it official, I'd be willing to offer some Tech support.

I like the idea and wouldn't mind to see how it turns out. I might even offer to help. You should do a bit about everything. Such as a part for the Shooting and War Gamers, the Playstation Homers etc. Would be nice to see more support.

Fantastic idea, you would need alot of co-operation from the community and if Sony like it and you offer a 24/7 radio station could be put on the XMB?
