First of all, Hello All,

This is my first post in the ps forum and I really don't know if my question is for this section, but what the heck

I have a PS Vita.

So... I noticed yesterday (don't know for how long it has been like this) but I went to the ps store and there was only "Game" as a section at the top.

Went to the movies from the live area, but when I click on one it says that the option is not allowed from my acc or something like that. If needed I will go and give the precise text.

If any one knows what I am talking about, it would be great to know what is going on.

And btw I have a friend who said that his ps store and movie section was there and working.

Movies Tv shows and Videos(MT&V) account is locked out.

This means your account activation for MT&V is not active.

There ARE lots of reasons for this. Most common.

1. You simply forgot to go into account management to move your account activation for movies to the PS vita.
2. You have more than one Portable Device and your PSN ID for MT&V is active on that device. deactivate the old device, then activate the PS vita (Phone customer services to get it removed. If you sold it. If you never used a portable device Phone CS any way to get the reactivation. )
3. The ISP that you are connecting to is not registered as a UK ISP and your provided IP address is blocking your account. ( can not  be fixed. ISP choice has buggered that up.)
4. Your not actauly in the UK so your account will be blocked untill you move to the UK again (Movie studio rules NOT SCEE) 
5. Technical error caused by your account bouncing from to many locations with in the same month. ( Phone CS to find out. )
6. Your on a sub account and not allowed. 
7. Wierd transaction history and the service has been blocked for your protection. ( Phone CS )

Most of these can onlt be fixed by Phoning CS as the content is regulated by the Movie and TV studios and you the user have very little controll over your MT&V account.

Well, that solves it ! I am on a holiday and not in the UK.

P.S. Should I worry about any other restrictions ?
