I received two emails this afternoon telling me I had used my PS3 log in and with my credit card had gone shopping.
My PS is currently locked in a trunk in Baghdad. I immediately called my credit card company and informed them, they have cancelled my card, great service except I am traveling home to Australia in four days time and need the card, would have liked to have gone duty free shopping, got my kids some presents, not going to happen now.

Have spent the past two hours trying to email, find phone numbers, only thing I can find is a 1800 which I can not call from here.
Why is there no live chat, no assistance, no local numbers to contact anyone. Cant change passwords as the site is down.
I thought all this was over. My cc details were not saved in the PS3.
Won't be buying any more games on line.
