Hi,

This is just to give you the heads up on this con, last year I took out a plus membership as it looked a good deal for the £39 but it turned out it was not that great after all as I was not going to renew it but what I did not know is that Sony had set it up as a auto renewal without asking me (it's in the small print) and as everybody Sony never puts its hands up to anything and never gives refunds, now your been told.

That is just it, they don't tell you they hind it in the small print and they should be upfront with that type of thing and they could send you a email or massage you on your playstation a week or so before the renewal date , it's not hard is it.

But I'm looking for feedback I'm just trying to help any thinking of taking out a plus membership.

I have just spent the last 30min looking at Sony terms of service and nowhere in the terms did it say that plus subscription are automatically renewed and I did not set it up so they stole my money

Thanks for that I think like I said PSN don't tell you they have done it this way the first thing you know of it is when they have taken your money.

Unfort they have covered their backs and it does state in the bit (technical term) where you accept T & C's so unfort your gonna have to just pay for this and then turn it off in account management as explained above ^^. Altho I am personally happy with my auto renew. Damn I have so many free games it is more than worth it
