If this is genuine, then Sony needs to traing its marketing team better. There's *no way* I'm brave enough to enable picture given the obvious incompetence of the above message.
If it's not genuine, and it's data from the breach this year then Sony needs to get these guys shut down fast.
It's bogus.
You do not need to enable pictures to get emails. You just need to make sure you have the right email address. By the way DO NOT ADD the above email address to your list

Im pretty sure its not bogus, the email came from the same adress as all previous playstation mail has came from for me

Except you can only view the Terms & Conditions by LOGGING INTO YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!!
I was outraged! "You can't make me join Facebook to win a competition God damn you! Let alone make me join Facebook just to see the T&C's you F'ing C's!!!".
After my rant I pondered...
If it was legit, they have left themselves wide open... And I quote...
"Australian Consumer Law prohibits conduct by a corporation that is misleading or deceptive, or would be likely to mislead or deceive you".

Hence Facebook links to XMB Accounts .
And Face book uploads from Photo gallery and Video editor.
Face book may not like PS3 much with all these extra uploads putting extra load on there servers but thats not stopping SCE.

emails.eu.playstation.com
eu.playstationmail.com
there may be other variation such as uk.playstationmail.net etc that are also valid. But remember email headers can easily be spoofed, so been on your guard even if it appears to be from a genuine source...
