Hi I an after some advice, A member who is on singstar signs in under different names and leaves messages of abuse on my comments page (not just mine other singers too). Some of the comments have been about my family, which is unacceptable. I have reported it to Sony via the report system on Singstar, however I have had an e-mail warning me that if I continue to misuse the report system I may be suspended or banned. I have e-mailed them back to explain the problem however they are not replying. I have tried to ignore the comments but if my girls see what he is writing it will upset them.I love singstar and watching others its just a pity Sony will not help me deal with this idiot. Any advice would be welcome.

thank you for the info, the site is currently down, however i will try later. i just hope playstation will look into this matter and put an update to allow us to block user putting comments on the page as we can with messaging
