SOCOM Forum section broken

Popped into the SOCOM forum section and it seems that "New message" and "Forum Options" is not clickable along with "Reply" once you go intoa thread.

Just went in to check with Firefox 10 and reply is working but "New message" and "Forum options" are not working on this browser either.
