what do i got to do before im invited to become a beta member or is there sign ups???

They (SCE) open up a webiste every once in a while where you can apply, I think the last time they did it was last year. Once you have applied it is then down to them to decide if your services are needed! This is the only method I have heard of, there maybe more!

I wish I applied last time they were asking for beta testers! Does anyone know the next time they are asking for applicants?

There is no set 'application window' it will be on the announcements page when Sony feel they require additional members.

There was a significant number of people selected to become Beta Testers last year so they may no anyone this year.

The only advice I can give is keep an eye on the Announcements Thread as it will be posted there on how to sign up.
