Dear Geonet,

   For some reason, starting 2 days ago.   Everytime I login, geonet said my PSN ID is not allowed and asked me to change it.   I have no problem using this ID in other games, and geonet for a good 4 months.  Long enough to reach GR14.

   Can someone tell me whether this message is real or not?   I understand if geonet doesn't like certain ID name, I can change it upfront at the beginning.    But after 4 months??

Sorry for my ignorance.   I google "white knight chronicles geonet".  I can't seem to find the official geonet support forum.   Could you kindly point me to it?

New info.  I create a brand new account and this problem still exists.   It seems to be some other technical issues preventing me from logining into geonet server.

First, I wish everyone is safe in Japan.   Based on the limited understanding I have in Japanese.  The geonet team is on leave because of the earthquake until further notice.   Given the magnitude of the disaster they had over there, my issue is very very minor.  With all the great stuff Japanese have built , I sincerely wish them well.

Second, I think I know the cause of the problem.   Part of my wkc username is censored but not the whole username name.   Apparently, they change their censoring algorithm and now my username is censored and hence login rejected.   I created a new char and I can get online now.
