WKC2 pass question

I have a quick question I wonder if anyone knows this. I am thinking of getting WKC2 but from the states, if i buy the EU online pass would that work for it?

Unfortunately you'll need an online pass for the US version of WKC2 (supplied with all new copies of the game) and a US PSN account to redeem it.
