Better get cracking if there's anything you wanted to do online.

I'm a little surprised it lasted this long, tbh.  I can't imagine the servers are exactly packed to capacity these days......

How many games have busy online servers a year after their release though? Heh.

I'm kind of sad to see this go as I must have spent nearly 2000 hours combined between White Knight Chronicles I and II. Yes I realise that's an insane number, but its just one those grindy-MMO type games. D:

I don't know if I'll end up playing 2 again before the servers are shut off as I kind of accomplished everything that I wanted to do in that game. The lack of post-game DLC made me eventually lose interest in the community, though I can't deny that the game didn't give me value for my money so I can't really complain about "that" situation.

It makes me kind of sad that my 2nd favourite Online PS3 game gets switched off a year after my favourite one did (Metal Gear Online 2), but I guess that's what happens when you use high volume servers for a game that can no longer sustain its server costs.

Here's to you White Knight Chronicles...
