so the system itself is fully functional and there are no technical problems with the system. today i was browsing through the folders and realized that all my downloaded games were no longer showing. upon further inspection all of my game save data and game install data was missing as well. this was also the case for my white knight chronicles data.

so is there anyway that my character data can be retreived off of the geonet servers/portals? if i do restart the game from square one will my geonet pass still work even though it will be linked to a new character? is there any customer support i could contact about retrieving my character data or anything along those lines since it was linked with my ps3 account and/or was on the geonet server?

ive been on the phone with d3 publishers, playstation support, and playstation network support only to have each party be at a loss as to what geonet was or how it functioned etc etc.

sidenote: no i didnt have any type of backup data in which to restore my ps3 back to its previous state and there has been no way that i can see to restore my ps3 back to three days ago when it actually had all of this information still present.

ANY type of assistance would be more than grateful and helpful. thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about that.

The good news is that the online pass is tied to your PSN account, but the really bad news is that character data isn't stored on the geonet servers so it seems like you have lost your save. I really feel for you as I have a game save with 1200+ hours of game time.
