Cant seem to get this into 3D, superstardust and pain look good in 3D but this wont work, any ideas anyone?

I have the panasonic 50VT20, adjusted the settings on the TV,  downloaded the latest patch for the game. Still nothing. This was the 1 i really wanted to see in 3D aswell, ah  nuts......

Re: 3D Wipeout

As you've tried Pain & SuperStardust I assume you must have enabled 3D in the system settings (set the display as HDMI auto and 3D options appear). As I understand it WipeOut should show a screen at the beginning stating a 3D display has been detected and asking you if you want to activate it.

I don't have 3D myself so the above is based on information I've read elsewhere.

Yeah, all the setting seem to be ok but no 'play in 3D?' option comes up like it does in Stardust, maybe have to try re-downloading it.

You need glasses if you read the bit in the post where he clearly states he has one ok mate. :smileytongue:

At the original poster, have you checked the options in the game? Maybe in game options or display options there is an option to turn it on or off. Have you also tried deleting the game data off of your hard drive and then reinstalling the update as that might help? And if those fail, you could try deleting Wipeout off your console and then redownloading it.

He says he has a 3D TV, glasses and 2 games that work in 3D.

So simple.

And daveyboy, deleting and redownloading as you said should work.

Re: 3D Wipeout

I downloaded an update, not played it for a while, when starting the game from XMB it detects the 3DTV and asks you to switch on the glasses. I had no need to turn options on. Have you tried logging on whilst starting up, to see if you need the latest update?
