Re: old save from original wont load on new welcome back game ?!

Different game, but I tried loading my save from burnout paradise (disc version) on to the playstation plus download version and it didn't work, only half of the info was there.
I thought it wouldn't work, but I gave it a try anyway, as I expected the download version to load quicker than the disc.

The PS forum spell checker wants to replace xbox's with 'sob's' !
I'm not going to say what it wants to replace PS2's and PS3's with !!!

Re: old save from original wont load on new welcome back game ?!

The disc version and download versions of games have different product codes and as such have different saved data despite being exactly the same game.. Unfortunately the save data is linked to the product code of the game. So for instance if you are playing the downloaded version of the game, it will only look for the save data that corresponds to the download version even if you had previously saved data from the blu ray disc version.
