DLC SKINS and Weapons Problem

Hello all!

I just picked up this game a day or so ago, and checked the PSN store for DLC today and grabbed a few things. However, I can't get the weapon or skins to load.

 

I have downloaded the DLC twice, deleted the patch and re-installed, created a new game on evil karma continue, and from scratch

 

none of which have made the skin option appear in the options menu...

Also the DLC powers do not appear on the other games either...

Any help would be appreciated

install game, install updates, dl and install content. enjoy. also, if your os on the ps3 isnt up to date or the system is altered, no dl content will work.

I swear I didn't do it on purpose!
