Sony has quickly become a company that I just don't wish to do business with
anymore. i JUST PURCHASED inFamous 2 on the PS Store and now I can't even download it. It would be different if they had gave me warning i was so excited to play =[
We all gave them the benefit of the doubt after the hack and this is the
thanks we get: they can take our money but can't deliver a product. Real nice.
There is a reason people stream/download--convenience. All they need to do is
put a notice up that says they are experiencing technical difficulties. I'll
simply hang on to my money, and when things are sorted out, I would be more than
happy to overlook the fact that there were any technical issues to begin with,
simply because they were responsible enough to be transparent.
I don't need a company to bend over backwards for me. I don't need to be
"wowed" and have a company treat me like an important person...just give me what
I paid for.

This thread was made a year ago. Please don't bump old (and pointless) topics. Kthx!
