There a couple of things that I needed for a bunch of missions I was gonna do, but there's some stuff missing. Here are some examples, the higher they are on the list the more important they would be for missions: 

Militia Helicopter (Can work for stealth missions too, because of the spotlight)

Police Helicopter (Lack of aerial units in UGC)

Conduit Kuo/Nix (Not sure why, just noticed they weren't in there)

Vermaak 88 Elite (Why were they scrapped? I liked the idea)

Stuff that needs to be brought back from inFAMOUS 1 and put into UGC:

AGM Drone

SWAT Police

First Sons

Golem Conduit

Thanks, Sucker Punch Developers, if you read this! I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting for these UGC features! I can see why the stuff from the first inFAMOUS couldn't be brought back, but still, you could take the time to add these into UGC.

Also, just add a little side mission in which The Behemoth and The Beast fight each other, but seriously don't add them into UGC. They're too big.
