I was stuck on 3481. Neon District - North East Corner, inbetween two "piers" there is 1 there, its out to sea and you have to jump on top of a lot of logs to get there. It doesnt show on the radar when you are at shore.
2. The second which really buggered me up was the HUGE building directly NORTH of Ground Zero in the Historic District. The reason this one is doing so many people in, is as when you are on normal floor height, it doesnt show on the radar. You have to climb all the way to the top, before it will show. I didnt believe it until I saw it for myself.
Anyway, hope this helps the few of you who are missing a couple

LOL thanks man seen that before.
Problem is If I go to each of those locations I know there wont be anything there I methodical broke the maps down into sectors and L3 searched each of them before even seeing a map. I really don't want to go through each of those sections again!
I have managed to work up over 2k XP just killing the odd random mob that appears after you have cleared everything so that can tell you how long I've been searching!
I guess it's my only solution.

Yup done that I love doing it as well, well I did when there were mobs on the buildings to shoot. I'm the master of L3'ing whilst moving round the map looking at my radar and not my screen 
BTW I now only need 2 I found one on a building I must have missed in my search which means that the two I'm missing have been missed also. How dull to have to search an empty city all over again.

That's annoying.
I think the order for each island has to be:
Do all but one of the story missions to get the electricity on everywhere
Do all the stunts
Do all the side missions to get rid of the bad guys
Grab all the blast shards and dead drops
Do the last story mission
I think the platinum trophy will be fairly easy to get on this game but it's gonna take aaaaages!
