I've tried shooting it everywhere...its giving me the *****s !!

Try the big thunderish storm ability you get very late in the game.. the final unlockable which you use to protect the power generators..

Make sure the balloons are close enough though.... and beware it's a bit of an act getting the range and building height right to actually land on the balloon before the shield regenerates...

Hey I know I have been a bit touchy but just to let you all know and I apoligies, as I lost my mother she died so thats another reson why I have not been on network playing games.

i just finished it on bad.
i found the bus missions freaking hard.... until i found if you keep an eye on the mini map as soon as you see enemy's appear, jump off the bus, go kill them and jump back on.
this makes them aim for you not the bus and less enemy spawn at one time to kill. its a little slower but way easier

Go back to the Neon or Warren District and cause mayhem by blowing everything up and enemies will re-spawn.

This works anywhere, anytime
