I just got to the end of the game and am a little puzzled as to what happened.
I got the "good ending", which is Cole using the RFI to kill all Conduits (including himself, Kuo and the Beast).
I'm curious, does this mean there won't be a sequel?
If everyone who was a "potential" superhero or supervillian is killed by the RFI, how can the game series possibly continue?
And then the was the thing about choosing the "evil ending".
How exactly does that work?
After getting the "good ending", I went back to my savegame and tried to go down the "evil path" to compare the endings, but all it did was abandon the mission and put me back on the rooftop.

only to be thrown back before the final mission
It makes more sense in the good ending, but in the evil ending yeah you have a point. In the first game the city was more stuffed and dark if you choose the evil ending after you finished it. They could have done the same thing here.
The bonus to playing it through twice is that the game recgonises it. So when you go back the second time you actually are able to purchase all powers (good and evil) regardless of which route you choose through your second playthrough. I thought that was actually pretty cool.

I dont understand why people keep trying to think up ways that sucker punch will make this seiries continue I however am able to accept that the series is now over what I mean is that when kessler prophesised (Spelling is way off I know) The beast that came to destroy Cole I realised that it is true with both endings in the good it destroyed cole and killed him and in the evil cole became the beast. I am however puzzled by the lightning strikes at the end
