Where does it say it? Are you talking about the power upgrade screen? In which case they need to be the specific good or evil missions to count towards the total.

Blue= good

Red=evil

Yeah i'm talking about on the upgrade screen, it's the missions that are marked with the yellow marker.....isn't it?

All side missions are marked with a yellow marker, but the ones for good/evil are yellow markers with either a red or a blue centre. These are the ones that count towards getting that shiny new power
