i was wondering if anyone knows if each power has their own set damage or does your powers get stronger somehow?

also why does cole feel so weak compared to some of the big conduits like the ice titans?

I don't understand your question. Are you asking of some powers do more damage than others? Of course they do. Also, I don't think Cole seems weak at all. Some enemies have a lot of health and some strong attacks, but it's a game. They are supposed to be challenging. It would get pretty boring killing everything with one shot all the time.

His powers do not deal more damage as you progress AFAIK, it doesn't seem like it and nothing mentions it. Some of the powers you unlock are pretty strong though
