Eyepet Magic Card

Just a little tip. If you lose your Eyepet magic card (like I did temporarily earlier) there is another one printed on the inside of the cover.

Just take it out and fold it over, works a treat!!!

Wasnt going to buy this but was looking at getting the camera. So for £24.99 (HMV) I got the game free :P

I honestly have to say yes! ok if you do not have the PS Eye yet then fair enough buy it for that. My 10 year old nephew wants it and I have been trying to talk him out of it as I know he will be bored after 5 mins.
it looks great to a kid as the advert looks as though you have the monkey in the room with you when really you are only stroking thin air
yes the monkey is major cute but c'mon now.
i am just old and grouchy never mind me.

Alot of people are buying it so that their PSEyes won't sit there and collect dust + Some likes it and it's a type of new game with very advanced gameplay mechanics like interacting with the camera to control your pet.

I mean come on dude. :|

But I"m not here to judge or peer presure :P. If you don't want to buy it for your newphew, it's up to you. ;)

Like your style.

I mainly bought it for the PS eye, but the game will certainly give me a good few hours of fun. The tech (when it works) is very impressive. Even my mum is very impressed and she loves it herself.

If I'd have got this as a kid I'd have been in complete awe of it.

Im 27 and my boyfriend got it for me and his 10 year old son to share. Out of the two of us i've played it more lol. Gotta admit though its a hell of a lot cheaper in the long run than a cat or dog and the fact it doesn't chew/scratch the furniture is an added bonus ;)

Well spotted on the extra magic card aswell :D

Here's a link to a pic of the Magic Card : EyePet - Magic Card Copy

It works fine which is always good.

I would post the pic here directly but posting images seems to be disabled on this board for some reason..

BTW, re: photocopy the one on the inside, I bought eyepet & friends, I did not see a magic card in the case, so what should I photocopy, I see the eyepet & friends cover (paper) in the plastic sleeve, and when I open the case on the other side of the [a[er wrapper there are a bunch of eyepet characters. Is that susposed to be the magic card?

Eye pet and friends is the dumbed down 2 player version is does not use the magic card, it requires MOVE. So its not supplied with one.

Take another look at the date of the Posts directly above yours...

>>>> 26-10-2009 07:04 PM   <<<<

Since then 3 extra versions have been released.

Eyepet Move edition...

Eye pet and friends...

Eye pet PSP

Nether version requires magic card use on PS3 only MOVE controllers.

only the PSP version need the magic card and the game came supplied with one...
