I bought fifa 19 ultimate edition from the January sales with 45$ but when downloaded I got the normal fifa 19 but they still took from me 45$.
Because that's what it is. The extra content is in Fifa Ultimate Team (FUT).
You don't get anything extra regarding the main game. It's just FIFA 19.
The game is the same, the only difference in InGame Packs which you can you can use them in FUT etc
