GTS SplitScreen performed poorly.
With this decision it is impossible to see the exit from the turn, viewing angle very small.
+ In SplitScreen mode, you can not control the functions: Map, ABS, ESP, etc.
Much better solution with horizontal separation
Please, fix SplitScreen mode
Drive your car closer to the Apex of the corner and will be able to see more.
As a driver myself, all you got to do is....
Keep driving the Track until you will know when to brake, when to turn in, when to lay down the power.
Experience is key here,
This is understandable, but the viewing angle is very small. Seeing the output of the hairpin to correct the triple is easier. When you go board to board it is better to see more. And in general it turns out some kind of tunnel vision.@S2N-Ava
I understand your reasoning.
Personally, a Track would look better in a Horizontal format but that's PD for you.
It is what it is.... just have to get used to it.
or get separate consoles and monitors.
Though saying that widescreen dos give you more real estate for side by side compared to the old 4:3 crt screens in the past.
Wasn't it Philips who made the 21:9 widescreen TVs?@el-ve
you should definitely FIX THIS SPLEET SCREEN
Developer of this case , should be SHY !
opino lo mismo, arruinaron la pantalla dividida, t,t
Splitscreen mode needs a lot of fixing actually, not only the graphical layout:
- controller detection. You have to use the 2nd controller currently, even Lego Worlds allows any user to jump in on their splitscreen feature, no matter if connected as user 2, 3, or 4
- progress. Split screen mode does not grant any sort of progress, no mileage, no mileage points, no money, noxp. I agree that some users might be cheating trying to get some easy money, but they will always have to drive the miles needed to reach the finish line, thus at least the mileage related stuff should be rewarded. Besides that, GT Leagues Blue Moon Bay race in the premium car series does give the most money currently, more than sports mode or lobby racing, so the money thing would essentially be a waste when trying to cheat in splitscreen
- user support. The second user does not have access to garage or even just settings from their own progression files. A low budget game like Gauntlet does provide such a feature, why can't GT Sport?
Yeah, I don’t get how come player 2 is literally treated as a guest (doesn’t even show their username in game), even though they are logged in. If they can’t access their own garage they should just make every car available in split screen or pool all cars from both garages for the selection. As it is, GT Sport feels like a budget title.@MokoKurukaze
