yesterday I logged in and all my gift and bought cars are gone from the garage. only dlc cars remained. anybody experiencing similar problem?
Sorry to hear that.
* Delete your local saves; start the game and check if cars are there
* Restore a previous backup of your local save data
tried. didn't work. cars gone for good, seems to me.
I,ve got the same problem. Saved the game before I closed it and had over 35 cars.
The next day I saw that the most cars where gone. Strange is that the pictures of the cars I've won are still behind
the licences I've won.
Got lucky. Deleted gt save in system storage and downloaded online storage save to replace. All cars back, though taking an age to load up.
I’m experiencing the same issue. Cars are gone but game progress is intact.
Have you been able to get your cars back?
I played Saturday night last week without issues and then on the following Sunday all of my cars, with the exception of two safety cars and a Peugeot 908, were gone.
I’ve tried downloading Playstation Plus online storage to system storage without success. The cars are still gone.
A week later and I’ve logged in several times to see if the cars have magically come back, but no...
Please reply if you have a solution.
Think I was fortunate because my online save hadn’t been updated yet. After deleting my PS4 save I was effectively reverting back to the previous days save with the ps plus one. It seems weird though because all progress seems to be saved online anyway. Hope you get your cars back somehow.
SAME ISSUE this AM. This issue is a bug and it is Polyphony's fault. Now what? All of my progress remains, level etc, but my entire garage (all expect DLC cars) is totally gone. I would never have used the codes for DLC if I knew this crap was going to happen. MONTHS of progress since launch ALL gone. Patently absurd. I have lost all faith in this game now. If my garage can randomly delete (after a server issue crash) then what is the point?
Same here, we should do something about it, lost over 122 cars after 365 days conected to the game, i ve never felt so cheated@N0D0Z2008
Another option I’ve heard is to delete the game and all saves (HDD & PS+). Re-download game (hassle I know due to size). After starting new game will ask if you want to resume previous progress. All cars & progress complete.
Am I missing something with that?
If you delete everything, what's left to preserve a save point to start again?@fyfyyr
Friend of mine sold his PS4 before Xmas, deleting all his data & saves. Needless to say he soon regretted it, bought a new console & redownloaded his games. When he started GT up he was given the option to continue his previous progress. Voila, all bought & earned cars present along with progress.@MastrGT
my guess, it won't do the trick 'cause the game pulls last savedata from servers. and if that last savedata was created after the cars disappeared from garage, dlc is all you get. but since i have - once again - nothing left to lose, i deleted the game and now i'm redownloading it. but i'm not optimist ;)@fyfyyr
the guess was right. deleted gt sport, reinstalled. same situation. just dlc cars in garage.@fyfyyr
