Apex Legends game not working | PLEASE HELP

ok so basically, i downloaded apex legends (i probably should be asking ea) but it says, "your account is not permitted to play online"

there is nothing wrong, the account im planning to play on is over 18 and the master account of my ps4 has ps plus so there is nothing wrong.

please answer i want to play this game.

The date of birth set up on the child account is lower than 16 even if you have all the permissions allowed by the adult account.

DoB cannot be changed.

Are other accounts able to play the game? Other games working online for this account? (18+ games)

no other account is working for the game, not even the master account

Seems like this might be something to talk to EA or Respawn about. There is an Apex Legends forum at https://answers.ea.com/t5/Apex-Legends/ct-p/apex-legends-en which might have other people with this issue who could have a solution. Otherwise it will bring it to the attention of devs to look into it.

Yes the exact same thing happens for me. Master account is not permitted to play online and sub account is not allowed because of age restrictions

Yo! Sign off of all the other accounts, if there is an account that is under 18years old it wont work. I found that out just a minute ago and it works now

You need to log out of your sub account not switch log out and go onto your main account

I had the same problem until this afternoon. Have you checked to see if any updates for the game have finished downloading or are paused?? Or do you have an EA account??? Because when I opened AL it led me straight to this "sign up for an EA account" window and after i filled it all out it started working and my updates for the game had finished downloading

I guess its about internet connection it happened to me last week ı waited didnt played and waited a week.I played that week.My connection is bad now so it keeps giving the error again
