So I have been getting this error code when I been trying to top up my PSN account with a 50 dollar wallet code, it reads the code fine and ackknowledges it is a 50 dollar PSN wallet code. but when I go to click okay it comes up with that error.
I only have about 8 dollars in my account so the limit is not reached.
I would like to know if anybody else is having this problem and want to know WHEN WILL IT BE RESOLVED.
This is a big inconveniance DIRECTLY ON CHRISTMAS.

I live in Australia and unfortunatly I don't have the time to wait on the phone all I want to know, is there something going on your end that is giving me the errors, it says that everything is green on the PSN servers side of things.
At this time there are no reported issues with the voucher redemption system. If you can't contact Customer Support I suggest you try redeeming your voucher code again later. Do let me know how you get on.
I am hoping to get this sorted before the big DDos that is supposed to happen either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day based on the threats that I have been seeing online. So I hope for your sake and others that are working at Sony that you have beefed up your security. Because we all remember what happened last year.
It was down for like 3-4 days
and now it is coming up with another error called WC-40378-2 something to do with Rate Limit and I am like WHAT THE HELL! IS GOING ON!
This error can often be resolved by closing the store and reopening it. If you keep having the error, then you will need to call Customer Support as mentioned before I'm afraid. Or perhaps send them an email if you don't have time to call?
just send me the damn email, seriously getting ***** off with this crap
so apprently what COULD have happened was that the card was not ACTIVATED by the store,my parents got the card for me... is there ANY CHANCE of activating it another way?

i've seen it happening to quite a few people lately, this happened to me a couple weeks back aswell not the first time this rubbish has happened
I’m having this issue as well... and I bought a GAME so that whole “wallet is full” is bull... so what... I’m just out 65$. Jesus Christ Sony I try to love y’all but it’s like y’all just don’t care about your customers. Y’all made me go to target TWICE to try and figure this crap out... AND STLL NOTHING
I just got mine yesterday and it still doesn’t work. And what’s worse? I got the $50 one
