Okay, so I'm using the PdaNet app on my Galaxy J3 Luna Pro to get internet to my PS4. I can use the web browser just fine and I just downloaded a full gig and a half update for Skyrim and The PS4 itself, but I can't use the Youtube App or the Playstation Store. Is there a fix for this or am I boned? Also, to get the PS4 to hookup to the wifi network, I had to manually input the proxy server. The server is 192.168.49.1 with the port 8000. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved. I used the USB tether function of PDAnet and feed it into my laptop, running Windows 8. Then, I just turn my computer into the hotspot with the command prompt. Works awesome. If anyone wants to know how, I'll be happy to teach you.
Tried this out, but got The hosted network couldn't be started.
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation. Any ideas on how to get past this? ^.^ Would love to try to use Pdanet with my ps4.
Another way to do it without doing the hotspot method is to connect your computer and playstation/xbox together with an ethernet cable, then connect pdanet to your computer useing ubs method. After the go to Network and Internet settings -> Change adapter Options -> Right click the pdanet adapter -> Select Properties -> Go to Sharing -> Check allow other Network users to connect -> Then in the drop down select the ethernet port going to your playstation/xbox. The playstation/xbox will then connect as if its using ethernet.
A bit more simple :)@SH3RL0CK_D0M3Z_
