PS4 Remote Play | Mac | Recaptcha will not do anything

Hi,

I cannot access PS4 Remote Play on mac. I attempt to log in to my account via the program and I am met with re-captcha loading and doing absolutely nothing. 

Is there a fix??

I'm gettting the same issue where it just loads and then does nothing.  There's no option for audio either.  I tried changing the default browser from safari to chrome but that did nothing

Same problem, been trying to beat captcha for the last 40 minutes. It just loads for a about 10 seconds when you click it and then comes back to an empty tick box.

yeah this is garbage. i accidentally logged out and now theres no way to log back in, captcha just never loads

Upon further investigation, the recaptcha does not work on OS X 10.12.x but it works on 10.13.x for me. I contacted support but they were unhelpful.

Model or update, cause my computer is a version 10.12.6 and has worked before until I changed the email for psn. And the computer is up to date

try to download macOS Mojave it's the 10.14 if you have a macbook

Hello i had this problem during 4 days, after réinstall, delete my cookies, try another wifi, create a new session, disable the firewall the reCAPTCHA still dosen't work, 

But i make an update in my macbook (macOS Mojave) and it's now working i hope it will work for everybody .

This just happened to me this morning. I was in the middle of gameplay and the app just logged me out. I haven't been able to sign in since it kicked me out.

Sony, I used to be able to play on my mac. Same issue, now its having me log back in and the captcha loads then does nothing. What is the issue? I have a 2011 MAC on Sierra if that makes a difference. That means I cannot update to Mojave.

im on sierra and cant update my os aswell

used to work perfectly fine until i was logged out i called customer support and they told me it would be fixed in an hour that was a week ago

I have Mac OSX 10.11.6 (El Capitan).

Remote Play is working fine.

I don't need to do the Captcha login when starting a gaming session.

My protocol is putting the PS4 in Rest Mode when closing down my gaming session.

I never turn it off manually - always through the main menu.

having an issue where I cant press the sign in button. I click sign in after entering the correct credentials, but the button grays out as if I clicked it and nothing happens.
