Game probably doesn't match the region of your PSN account which is why the in game currency isn't showing up. Product ID on the game case and disk will determine what region the game is intended for.

There is no actual way to change your account region, so for as long as your account region is UK and the game itself it's a different region you just need to have the game either disc or digital based on your region.

@dertiboss08That will be a NO as in-game currency is delivered to the Account.. It's just waiting for you to have the correct Region Game so that it appears in the Game..
You will need to buy the Game either via the Account you purchased the Shark Card with or look for the correct Gaming Disc to match your Account Region.

@dertiboss08Double check the in game balance via an ATM or in game mobile banking because the credit goes there instead of the on screen balance top right corner.
If it's not there it will certainly be a region problem.
