Can't install Marvel's Spider-man "The Heist" DLC

Hey

I just bought the city that never sleep and downloaded the heist dlc

it is "stuck" as "Waiting to install"

and when it says "check ps store" it doesnt find it but manually when i search it I clearly could....

How do I solve it?

Guess you have the game on disc? Check the spine of the game case or on top of the disc for the product ID. It will be one of these

As you have a US account you will need a US version of the game for the DLC to work.

Guess i got EU one

Well that's pretty dumb... 25 dollars went to the trash

I am having the same issue but nothing is working. So are you saying I’m going to have to buy the game again to be  able to play the dlc??

You need the game from the same country as the PS Store you bought the DLC from

i bought the game in the usa while visiting but i live and play in eu. once i got home i boought the dlcs,  so you are telling me in order to play the dlcs i got  to rebuy the game but the eu version?

simply go back to the regiojn lock or unlock the dlcs because this is ridiculous

Yep you need the EU version, DLC has been region locked for 12yrs

I pre ordered the game with the season pass and i have the same problem. What can I do?

Hey guys can anyone help me with my issue, I recently bought the heist dlc and I downloaded it but it is stuck at waiting to install so when I click start to to install it says “cannot find the application.Do you want to look in PlayStation store” and when I click ok it takes me to spider man page but it doesn’t help me resolve my problem.If anyone can help me I will really really appreciate that.

I downloaded the heist but when I go to the dlc section in Spider-Man it says it’s available but when I click on it takes me to the heist page in the ps store with it saying at the bottom the heist is purchased

These people probably have read those posts. The problem is it has nothing to do with their problem. If they are having the same problem I'm having, they have a US copy in the US and have the same problem.

i have the disc it all region. i download the add on's but i say waiting to installed. i need help with it. my account is US but my Disc is all region.

"waiting to install" means the disc and DLC are from different regions.
