So after a long time, today my PS asked me for my password to my account. I typed in the password and imagine my surprise when it said "Invalid". So I go to my email address associated to the account and it says that my Sign-In ID has been changed. I didn't do that. I can't change my password because I need to know the Sign-In ID for that. When I go to live chat it says that it doesn't recognize my PSN ID. I can't make calls outside of my country (Croatia). When I try to send an email it says that their systems are having some trouble. So, for the love of God, could someone please tell me what I can do?

Ideally you will need to phone support,live chat is only currently available for UK and US PSN account holders.

1:30 in the morning is not late by my standards here in Swissland   :)

 

Bars don't shut until a lot later, but we do pace ourselves for a night out unlike some other Nations.

 

+ the price of a round of drinks for 5 can be as much as buying a PS game   psml

Always seems to happen at the weekend, when most people stop working.

 

Not a great situation to be in, wondering what is happening to the Account.

Unfortunately not (as far as I'm aware) only other option is email which generally takes longer when it's not the weekend. Hope you get it all sorted quickly. If you have any credit cards or anything linked to the account, call the bank and sort it out. Hopefully you don't have to cancel the card

Bars here normally shut about 5 or something. But just a few quiet ones at home tonight to bring in the weekend. Would be a pretty sad night out if I was sitting on here while at a bar lol. And yeah, I know that feeling with the prices. Could almost buy 2 games here instead of a round

Pricing in Aussi land is not dissimilar to ours.

 

We both pay over the odds for PS Store merchandise compared to other Countries.

Last time I checked this, I was paying slightly more than you - typical  lolz

Prices all tie in with the economic status of the country.

 

Friend of mine did a currency conversion of some PS Store prices of various countries.

It's not the best basis to go on as currency prices do change.

But, his findings put me and you at the top, that pay the most for the exact same game.

US and JPN being at the bottom, paying the least for the same game.

 

 

I buy physical copies as I can shop about for these.

Bought 1 game that should have cost me 99CHF from PS Store and got it for 67CHF from a online retailer.  That is a huge saving  :)

Yeah I've done the comparison once for a few countries. Only once because it was too depressing lol. 

I do a lot of shopping around when buying games because of this. And PS Store generally is more expensive. I even shop around for games in the sales just because of how bad it sometimes is lol
