Unable to log in

My girlfriend cant access her account because her phone number has recently changed and she has two step verification on, and she can't find her back up codes. She can't log in at all and isnt logged in on any other devices. Any advice?

Yeah...   Call Customer Support to the Registered Country of the Account.

Only Support Staff can help if she cannot find the Back Up Codes or get access to the Phone Number.

Call PSN Support - was just on the phone to them with my own issues (my account was one of the ones hacked years ago with the various hacked attempts but I had put my PS3 into a box when I moved and never got back onto it lol. Anyhoo got the account back but it's somehow been set to the wrong location, to the UK not Aus which my support guy was a little stumped by it)

Anyhoo call for support, they take her through security questions and will help her change the mobile number to a new one for 2 factor authentication :)
The support team are really helpful. Can't thank them enough for getting me back to my account.
