For about a month now, I have stopped recieving all the usual PlayStation emails about store updates, promotions, firmware betas and everything like that.
I only recieve the purchase receipt emails.
I have tried unsubscribing and opting in again, but no luck,
My account is south Africa region(eu) if that makes any difference?
Is there anything I can do or contact to fix this issue?
Changed my psn email to include +psn as a last resort, will see if that actually fixes anything.
Has not helped yet, will give it a few days before reverting back to non +psn email

You need to opt for Sony emails. No need for third party ones. Make sure you don't have filters on the email and wait. Some offers are as well personalised so you might not receive the email that somebody else receives.

So what you're telling me is that for some particular reason PS stopped, from all the people, giving you emails with offers? And you think that it's like a switch that can be turned on by pe support ?
