This is a public forum, edit your post and remove your email from it.

You will have to phone support. Once you prove ownership of the account (there will be other questions for you to answer) they can assist you.

If you don't know the date of birth, then the account is gone.

Well, yes. I read this as one of the security questions "first pet" or "mothers maiden name" kind of questions. But if it's DOB then yeah, gone.

I don't think Schools are so efficient like when I went to school.. 

Kids don't seem to be so smart these days..

It may have something to do with all these Reality TV Shows..  they expect to be signed up for these TV Shows and never have to work a proper job.

Your Account is good as gone if you cannot remember your Birthday!!

When you create an Account, if you use the correct information as requested by Sony, you would never get these problems..

I'm looking into my Crystal Ball..   

Sorry, not getting anything...  you will have to try and remember your Birthday yourself!!

Even if you do not know the date of birth, you could still recover your account with the help of PS Support. Contact them. If you are able to jump through their hoops to verify ownership of the account, they should be able to help you.

Date of birth is a mandatory security question that support even asks you. No correct answer = end of support, and the account perma-banned.

Yes, they will ask but they can still help you because they change the date of birth for people who have put the wrong one when they created the account. As long as you can verify you are the account holder by answering the rest of their questions, they should be able to help.

And they wouldn't ban the account for giving them the wrong information as that would be a security fail and they couldn't touch the account.
