Gift Card

I am trying to add funds using a gift card to the wallet. I am able to put in the code and go to the next screen that wants my zip code/city and state. I put in the info but nothing happens. I've tried on my phone and computer and on the PS4. Any suggestions?

Given the use of "gift card, zip code and state" I'm assuming you're in the US?

I had the same problem. I talked with support and they gave me this link. It is safe, and I was able to get funds into my wallet. https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/
