Having tried to raise an issue with Sony we have been told the highest point in playstation is the 'supervisor' position, one level above the first line contact .
Is this really true?? It sounds too dodgy too us but any help would be really grateful because that doesn't sound right.....

I doubt you can. Depends on your issue if it would be escalated higher but considering they have said that's as far as it will go, that's what it is.@Matman79

Why does it sound dodgy? It's the highest level that will speak to you.
Just because there is senior management and directors and whatever else it doesn't mean they will do customer service. If you get crap service on the train you don't expect Richard Branson to have a chat about it with you.@Matman79
If you get crap service on a train and the driver says he the final line of enquiries that's the final answer,yet other companies have escalation procedures that if still not happy with can take to an ombudsman service . Whats dodgy is no escalation process or ombudsman service and the buck stopping at the driver? Thats strange
It's being able to escalate to likes of senior management like you can with other companies. That's what I'm trying to see how to get to
