Agreed,if sony sell a product in a region they should also fully support that product and all of its features.

I don't think it's quite Sony just not wanting to provide the same services worldwide. I'd say there are some licencing issues that need to be sorted in some countries which is why some things take longer or never make it.

 

Could be wrong though?

Licensing is usually one of the main reasons. 

 

Sony will do what they can to get a service available in as many countries as possible, as that increases their profits. There will be various licensing and legal conditions they need to sort out before they can launch a service. 

 

They will also take into account the average internet speeds in a country. PS Now needs a good internet connection with it being a streaming service. If the average speeds in a country are really low, then it probably isn't worth the trouble of setting up the service when most of the gamers there can't use it.
