PS Now on paper is a fantastic service but the support from Sony is just terrible.  When you compare the communication to that of Xbox Game Pass, Now is a joke.  

The games get added on random dates each month (especially in the EU) & there is no direct communication for if yo u have issues or requests.

Yes there is this forum, but if you loo through it there is very little, if none communication with the paying gamers.

So all I ask is for better communication, maybe a set day each month for when the games are announced and more 1st party PS4 games.  If this happens, I would subscribe again.

Hopefully once the forum is running properly again, we might attract an MVP to do such updates for PSNow?

It would be nice to have some one who is the "middle-man" for communication.  I tend to keep checking the Now app early in the month and post the the sub reddit as I feel the EU blog forgets about the service.

Yea the MVPs can/could act as middle men, IF they started getting communication from Sony again.

There's great ones for PS Plus like the link here, would be nice for the Now subscribers.

I haven't a clue how often Now gets updated tbh, maybe start making your own thread about updates you've spotted..?

The last bit of communication, was to you lol. 4 weeks ago...

Don't like the chances of Narr and those guys getting much about PS Now anytime soon. I can ask about it though (even if it's just a little bit of information) .

Lol I nearly mentioned you above.

As said I haven't a clue how regular Now is updated. I assumed they through a bunch on every so many months? 

Can't say a recall any Now updates here, definitely not regular ones.

I don't pay attention to Now updates as we don't have it here. So wouldn't have the slightest clue what is on there, when it was last updated or anything like that. Don't even know how subscription options work? Is it only monthly? Or can you get a year like Plus?

I'll ask a couple questions to Matt (when he pops in again). See what he says about updates and things.

Forgot about the lack of ANZ support for it. 

I tried to get a trial for when they were pulling the plug on Killzone servers, but it insisted I'd already had my free go.

Skates could be on there for all I know.

Usually the games are added the same day as the announcement.  For a few months last year, the games were added and then a blog post went up a week later.  It is like one team adds and forgets to tell the blog to post about it
