PC requirements ps now

Hi, looking for some help. Have some knowledge but not 100% about this stuff. Will PS Now run on this laptop that I'm thinking of buying from a friend. I don't have access to my PS4 so this will do for a bit if it works, plus I do need a new laptop anyway. Thanks in advance. 

Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050 @  1.60GHz

RAM: 4.00 GB

SYSTEM: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

But I fear your Celeron is underpowered and under the i3 requirements
