I also tried to contact chat but encountered an error when i filled in the application form. my psn Id should be EliahMallants but it's not accepted somehow. I double checked on my account settings.

After I close the PS Now app it wont show up when I try to bring it back up again, even if it says its still running in system tray and task manager. Also even after I have ended all the ps now processes running, the program wont load up again (may show splash screen but nothing else). In addition the app sometimes will just come up with a blank window and I am unable to do anything with it and again I cant load program back up again after fully closing it. The only fix I have found to work is to completely reinstall the application from scratch.

Description of issue: strange trophies bug which affects some games (haven't tried a lot of them) I try to play.
Internet speed at streaming location: 300mb/s (fiber optics)
Wired or wireless connection: wired
PC operating system (eg. Windows 7, 8.1, 10): Windows 7 professional SP1 (X64)
Processor type (eg. AMD, Intel): Intel Xeon E3-1230v3
If game-related, which game: Heavy Rain, Journey (I guess some others as well)
Are you in your free trial, an active subscriber, or not subscribed at all: active subscriber
If you are seeing an error, what text is being displayed: Registration of the trophy information could not be completed. The game will quit. (80010516)
Some additional information (should be helpful):
So I was playing Heavy Rain for 100% trophies. Everything was fine. At one point of time (around 13-14 hours today before this post) I paused the game (it was “The Doc” chapter) and browsed interned through Google Chrome on my PC. The game suddenly freezed in In-game Window (the Window where you see your game video) although the main PS NOW App Window (where you can browse which games you want to play) acted as if everything was OK. So I closed in-game Window and tried to Start “Heavy Rain” again from PS NOW Window but the game was in “Preparing your game…” infinite loop. After few tries (re-launching the game) with the same results I gave up on that game and tried to launch game “Journey”. “Journey” was started but I got some kind of error (can’t remember exactly what was the error code because I saw that only once). Now when I try to start “Journey” I’m stuck in infinite loop “Preparing your game…” although after 10-30 seconds of “Preparing your game…” I, very shortly, can see message “Unable to start you game...” or something like that and then the Windows returns to “Preparing your game…” infinite loop. If I try to start the game “Heavy Rain” (which I suspect is the main culprit of the problem) I get error “80010516” (complete error description is in section “If you are seeing an error, what text is being displayed”).
I can start “The Last of Us” DLC “Left Behind” (tried to play it and everything was fine). Same goes with “The Last of Us” but the previous saves of the game which were stored in PS NOW cloud are gone.
If I try to enter to the Trophies in “The Last of Us” Main screen (Display PS NOW XMB*tm* Menu -> Playstation*tm* Network -> Trophy Collection) I get error: An error occurred (80010516). And immediately after that: To view trophy information now, you must switch to offline mode. Go to the [Trophy Collection] options menu and select [Switch Modes] > [Offline Mode].
Just a simple view of what I'm trying to say.
I bought the month sub because I was thinking the 7 day trial didnt have all the games yet. I really want to play Journey and Ni no Kuni, but those are not on my PS NOW. They are however listed on the PS Now website on the game list. I did enjoy a few other games, but Journey and Ni no Kuni are games that I still really want to play.
I hear that people from the US can play these games, why isnt it out here in the Netherlands? Or the EU in general?
Journey is on the EU list, maybe you have missed it. Ni No Kuni is for US PS Now only at this moment. Hopefully it will come at EU as well.

I wanted to instal PSnow but it seems they don't support mac. Quite strange since apple users (in comparison with Windows users) are the ones who can't play games yet. A streaming service would be perfect.
Thats the same issue as me, white box and nothing happening, every thing was fine other day
