This is my first time even using PS services since quite a while now. Did it used to work for you before but now just stopped?@xRexy1912x
When i put my details in to try and log in, just shows a white screen, when i force close and reopen it shows i'm logged in and can then play. Was working fine other day. Would like to log in proper with out force closing it. I also don't have sonic adventure 2 on my now list, got the rest just not that one.
Sony, you have reached a new level of unprofessionalism. PSNow Windows (espec. Help screens) cannot be resized, so they aren't readable. The setting windows can't be closed. Trying to edit account settings in Windows 10 (64bit) will end in either error message ("this version of internet explorer is not supported") or unability to log in with Chrome. In which times did you stuck?
Further error messages when I try to book a 7-day-trial from "you are not authorized" to other strange messages I can't remember.
Each time adding payment information (and these were many) I was alo forced to identify myself. Thanks Sony, now I know each single code by heart. Unfortunately you can't remember at all.
Plus: I'm forced to add a credit card although a valid Paypal account is added already. Guys at Sony: Are you nuts? Who's still trusting you after all fails in the past.
Keep you crappy software and I will go my way.

when i open PS NOW it says service unavailable code 1234 im from Pakistan please help
I can hear audio of game (including me going through the menu), but the screen is black i cannot see anything on my laptop. This only occurs when im about to actually play game. I can freely choose and start up game but game screen will go black when game starts. Has done this with every game.
Same as above : "When starting PS4 Games, a window asking for a account settings update pops up. After filling out the forms nothing happens." from yesterday.
This happens in US and EU from yesteday, for everyone. I guess some trainee have messed up with some central PS NOW settings right before week end, but it would be nice to have some refund or extended subscription when this is fixed, cause in the end, it will be at least a 3 days interruption of service.
Why people (like me) keep posting at this eu support forum when obviously no one at Sony answers it or even read it ?
There is an answer in the us forum saying that there was a fix tonight (maybe only on the US servers ?) I can see no improvement here in France.
PS : We are not allowed to post anything on the us forum of course, like "Yes we still have the problem !".
This is so frustrating but I’m glad to have found your post, I have the same issue and after sending various screen shots and information to the “PlayStation” Twitter page was told it’s because I don’t have a PS4, I didn’t have one last week either pal and it still worked, that’s what I pay £12.99 a month for and the £50 I shelled out for a DS4, my Xbox is working fine tho FYI :p@Tristan34912754
