I get this error for every game I try to launch using PS Now “your game did not start as expected. Try launching it agian”. I have contact customer support and they told me to go to Settings: Initialization: Initialize PS4. This restarted the PS4 and went through setup screen. Tried to launch a game and then BAM!! The same error message. The customer support person said it had to go to the next tier and then gave me a link to a forum. This didn’t help me.... so any help fixing this would be great!!!!
This is a software issue the engineers have to fix server sid, but no one at sony will submit a ticket for it.
Three calls, 2 supervisors and 2 forum posts and no help at all.
Sony just doesn't care until it costs them money right now.
Can you try to connect differently like ethernet cable or through a hotspot to see if it is just a server issue?
I am getting the same message. I have no idea why as it was working fine when I left for work. I came home all excited to play again and then nope. Game won't start for two days and this is my free trial. I'm not impressed
