could anybody please help me? I am using Slovak PS Store and I encountered problem.
I was interested in buying GTA V, because it was in sale, just for 15€. Game page mentioned that sale was ending at 7.2.2019, 12:30. So I decided to buy it yesterday, I think it was after 9:00.
But sale was already ended. Previously I checked it day before at around 23:00 and it was still there. Why was it ended sooner than official date? Is Slovak PS Store using times from different time zones? If it is true, than there is no mention of it anywhere.
I sent yesterday morning complaint email via official form on Support page. I recieved back confirmation email of opened case, but so far got no reply yet. By the way, I used Slovak language in it. Does PS Store has support in my native language or should I send another email in English just in case?

Well, this is funny. Right at this moment I finally got official reply. It just states that "they are sorry I missed promotion, but cant offer any help." But there is no reaction to my complaint about wrong specified date.
Unfortunately it happens occasionally , not just on your store.
The best policy I've found is if you want something in a sale, buy it when you see it, don't wait until the sale is nearly over.
It is what it is, there's not much you can do about it and you've had more than most people get by receiving a reply.
It'll be on sale again most likely.
GTA5 has been discounted at 15 bucks literally in every sale since last Christmas, both with the GTA Online 10 million credits thingy included and with just the base game.
