I bought the FIFA 18 ICON EDITION through fifa 17 and whenever I go to the library to install the game i see a warning icon in a triangle that says "offline" and the game on the library page has a lock on the bottom right of the picture.

When I tried to download it i got an error message (CE-32895-7 [I looked it up in google and that says that my PlayStation need to have RootCA]). This message also popps up when i try to see my events and other PSN services.

The weird thing is that I can still use my PS Store.

Help me please!

The update isn't just an "automatic update". There's an option to turn the  automatic update OFF.

But anyway. Start the console in Safe Mode and run Option 5 - Rebuild Datbase

  1. Turn off the PlayStation 4 by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
  2. Once the PlayStation 4 is off, press and hold the power button. Release it after you've heard two beeps: one when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
  3. Connect the DualShock 4 controller with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller.

I am having this issue right now. What is the solution to this? This error code is so frustrating and it all occurred after the automatic firmware update for the PS4..F65ED96F-B31C-4871-AF33-52EDF60DDFB3.jpeg

No rebuilding the database won't erase data.

Same here - no luck. Wired connection, internet active. I rebuilt the database as suggested, and all it did was revert the tv/video folder to an older format. Connection test fails, can't play Overwatch, but I can watch Netflix videos I've never watched or interracted with before.
