Hi im trying to get the fifa 19 ultimate pre oreder from the Fifa 18 game on ps4 and i dont have the option for the 10% in the fifa menu what do i need to do??? ea told me to talk with sony but the live chat didnt worked for me i waited for 30 minute and nothing heppend so i came here please help me

in my main account that i own my fifa 18 i dont even have the option to buy it with discount. when i connect with other account it shows the option but with the error...

furryhawk answered your question already in your other thread. Not sure why you had to make a new one instead of keeping it all together
